    Branding

    The brand is not a logo. Not even a font. Not even your standard book.

    The brand is not what you say it is, but what others say it is – if you understand what I mean by that 🙂.

    The brand has a good feel for the product and service … yes, the same story again. – FEELING.

    You buy a TV and there are a large number of different brands on the market, offers, prices, promotions … a hundred wonders.
    And you buy exactly THAT.

    Why? Because of the trust that that brand instills in you. And because of a strategy you didn’t even notice, and it worked out superbly.

    Our brain was created to perceive what is different. Try to be different from others. In his own way.

    When creating a brand, it is always important to maintain the trust of customers.
    As marketers often say: if your brand looks like a duck and swims like a dog – you will lose confidence. And once you lose it, it’s irreversible.

    The inspiration for this post came by chance. Often branding is underestimated and I hear conclusions that making a strategy is just “unnecessary whistling”.

    It is not enough to have just a goal, it is necessary to work out the steps to that goal. And this is a process that takes time and cannot be done in a month. If it could, all brands would be TOP and there would be no competition.

    Think about your brand. Answer the question where are you now and where are you going next 😎?

    People take marketing and advertising lightly.

    I came across this photo by chance during a break from work, study, research and of course all my private obligations … and it just sat on my first. It’s not just about advertising if we look at it from a wider angle.

    And it got me thinking about how light people actually take marketing.

    And they don’t understand the fact – in order to write a copy for a client (publication, story) you have to know the subject. Learn, explore, see what the competition is doing. And then I realize that in my free time I research and learn about software solutions because my client is a programmer, on the other hand I research types of roof tiles, then a little food industry, then I throw myself into studying trends for events in cafes…

    And along the way you learn a lot of interesting things, you meet wonderful new people – by “you meet” I mean online in most cases today.

    I was one of those who didn’t mind sending a message to a guy in a big corporation, he was the CEO, Board Member or something else. If I need help or advice – I ask for it.

    What is the worst that can happen to me? Don’t answer me. Terrible, isn’t it?
    And the best? To connect with people who know more than me 🤗

    So dig, plant and nurture new acquaintances. Look for solutions and don’t let the routine take you away. When you start to feel like you’re falling – that your motivation is “low”, grab someone for inspiration – seek advice and a new box of ideas is sure to open.

    If you’ve lost one client, look for a replacement – just remember it’s all a matter of statistics. Contact 5 potential clients every day and do it EVERY day. It is mining in small numbers, but when added up on a monthly basis we are talking about 100 new contacts. Do you really think that out of those 100 at least 5 will not react? Maybe not right away, but they will keep your product in mind if you present it well.

    “Self-discipline comes here too,” but about it on another occasion because the blog has become too long, so I’ll end it here.

    And the birds on the branch are singing about TikTok … and you haven’t tried it yet?
    Here’s my experience so judge if it’s worth it.

    I knew that it was important and that reach was great … and the whole theory stands … but in practice I was always asked – what to put on TikTok? What content related to my work can be interesting to TickTokers?

    Dario Marčac (Top 10 Balkan TikToker from Croatia, followed by more than 500,000 people na), who motivated me and gave me great advice on where to start. The guy is a miracle and the results he has are really top notch!

    Although Dario is much, much younger than me 🙈 and filming himself is completely natural to him, he took into account the fact that I am not ready to be the star of my videos and gave me advice on how to reach the audience differently – without having to film myself .

    I have already thanked him, but I repeat it publicly because, although he is popular and the media is spreading him, he selflessly shares his knowledge and experience and that is great for me! Motivates and inspires and all the best to him!

    Yes … and the results are amazing.
    On a minimum of 137 followers on TikTok, I have e.g. one video with a reach of 4,474 views.

    If such a reach were on Facebook, it would have 32,000 views per 1,000 followers, which I can only dream of, because when there are 500 of them, I am very satisfied. The math is simple.

    The next question that arises is – is this my target audience? It may not be, but creating a brand is not a short-term job anyway. And that audience will be in a couple of years, if not already (they just don’t want to admit they’re on TikTok 😂) the main target group.
    And it is definitely too late to start building only then.

    You really need to get out of your box and make some strides even though you may not be comfortable at first. I made my own and still recorded myself – just for the needs of TikTok ☺️. And the results are great again 🥳

    Routine – at work

    “Sometimes we all get stuck in a routine and wonder why things aren’t going better. If you always do things the same way, you will have the same result.
    Change your business routine, look at things from a different perspective and you will quickly feel the change.
    👣 When standing or “bumping”, do not go anywhere. And if you take only half a step forward (you don’t even need the whole one) you are slowly moving towards the goal.
    The inspiration for the post is last week’s interview with the owner of a smaller company who complained that there was no way she could get the results back to pre-pandemic levels.
    We concluded that he was doing everything the same, but the results were not coming. There is a problem – he does everything the same, and almost two years have passed. Nothing is the same and needs to be adjusted.
    😍 After our conversation, she says, she rolled up her sleeves and did something she hasn’t done before because her job went by itself. The advice that triggered it was my sentence that even in moments when the business goes by itself, you think you don’t need advertising because everything is super pink – you always have to have time to find a new client.
    Why?
    ✅First, make your own backup plan for a time when it will no longer be pink
    Ru Secondly, you are opening new vistas for yourself – you are back in the market and fighting.
    😎 If you work constantly with the same clients, the same jobs, you fall into a sympathetic rocking routine where creativity and struggle are not at the level they should be.
    You have stability, ambition falls, and with it innovation. When you fight and prove yourself to the client – innovation flourishes because you want to be different from the competition!
    💎 And here comes the real inspiration that extends to your regular customers with whom you need to nurture this cherished relationship, but do not forget that they also need refreshment.
    The market is changing very fast and if you do not follow the trends, you remain at the level of a company that is considering whether to open pages on social networks, and everyone else has been reaping the results for years.
    Don’t think too much and adjust right away. You will spend time and energy, but you will learn how to be different from the competition.
