In short, they do not manage to write texts, create publications, etc. and we agree to cooperate to take care of their Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc … for a month, two, six or so … What does it mean to take care of them? Depending on the deal and the Contract of course. Some people want to have control over the account and publish it themselves, while others will not even hear and leave everything in the hands of someone else, some do not even ask for authorization. It’s all a matter of agreement and trust 😉

    – making dynamic posts once (like the post below) / the company already has a person / agency that takes care of its social networks, but sometimes they want to refresh their page with different posts. Let’s arrange visuals and refreshments are coming 😉 Visuals are sent by e-mail and no one enters the profiles, but the client uploads and does with them what he wants

    – copywriting / yes, sounds fancy 😉 Again the same company mentioned above, has a designer for their website and the designer asks them for text. And here comes the stalemate. They do not have the time or inspiration to write content, product descriptions, etc. And so we agree on a one-time collaboration and finalize the web site, which is usually due to lack of content 😉 And I write the text after researching the topic and detailed information

    – I get a lot of inquiries for consultations, you ask me to review your profiles, pages, I advise the marketing department on what and how to do better and we do that work either by the hour or by the site, also all by appointment. I see that the new practice is correspondence (there is less and less oral communication) and I must admit that it still works well, COVID taught us everything 😉 We go to chat, message and ask me what you are interested in, and I advise you what you need to do to would be better 😉

    Rutina – u poslu

     💥Svi ponekad zapnemo u rutini i čudimo se zašto posao ne ide bolje. Ako stvari radite uvijek na isti način, imat ćete i isti rezultat.  Promijenite svoju poslovnu rutinu, pogledajte stvari iz druge perspektive i brzo ćete osjetiti promjenu. 👣 Kada stojite ili „cupkate“, ne idete nikuda. A napravite li samo pola koraka unaprijed (čak ne trebate niti cijeli) polako se pomičete prema cilju. Inspiracija za post je prošlotjedni razgovor s vlasnicom jedne manje tvrtke koja se žalila da nikako ne može vratiti rezultate na razinu prije pandemije.  Zaključile smo da radi sve isto, ali rezultati ne dolaze. Tu je i problem – radi sve isto, a prošle su gotovo dvije godine. Ništa nije isto i treba se prilagođavati. 😍 Nakon našeg razgovora, kaže, zasukala je rukave i napravila nešto što dosad nije radila jer joj je posao išao sam od sebe. Savjet koji ju je pokrenuo je moja rečenica da čak i u trenucima kada posao ide sam od sebe, smatrate da ne trebate reklamu jer je sve super ružičasto – morate uvijek imati vremena za pronaći novog klijenta.  Zašto? ✅Prvo, radite sami sebi backup plan za vrijeme kada više neće biti ružičasto✅Drugo, otvarate sami sebi nove vidike – ponovno ste na tržištu i borite se.  😎 Ako radite stalno s istim klijentima, iste poslove, upadate u simpatičnu uljuljanu rutinu gdje kreativnost i borba nisu na onoj razini kakvoj bi trebali biti.  Imate stabilnost, ambicija pada, a s njom i inovativnost. Kada se borite i dokazujete klijentu – inovativnost cvate jer želite biti drugačiji od konkurencije!  💎 I tu stiže prava inspiracija koja se širi i na vaše stalne klijente s kojima trebate njegovati taj uljuljani odnos, ali ne zaboraviti da i oni trebaju osvježenje.  Tržište se jako brzo mijenja i ne pratite li trendove ostajete na razini tvrtke koja razmišlja o tome treba li otvoriti stranice na društvenim mrežama, a svi drugi već godinama ubiru rezultate istih.  Ne razmišljajte previše i prilagodite se odmah.     Što točno radim?

    Često pitanje hrabrih, jer se oni manje hrabri ne usude pitati da ne ispadnu “neznalice” jer, kao svi bi trebali znati sve o društvenim mrežama danas. I sramota je ako ne znaš što je “reach” ili “igtv” i sl. pojmovi. Naravno da nije sramota. I svakako pitajte sve što vas zanima.

    Kao da bih ja trebala znati kako se zove neki alat od električara – ne znam. Niti me zanima, niti želim znati 😉 Bitno je da riješi situaciju sa strujom koju u tom trenutku imam.

    Izdvojit ću brzinski ono što najviše klijenti traže od usluga.
    Evo što radim:
    – vodim društvene mreže za klijente / npr. tvrtka nema osobu zaduženu za marketing ili ima pa se ta osoba bavi samo tradicionalnim marketingom, a ne i digitalnim. Ukratko, ne stignu se baviti pisanjem tekstova, kreiranjem objava i sl. i dogovorimo suradnju da im mjesec, dva, šest ili koliko već brinem o njihovom Facebooku, Instagramu, LinkedIn-u itd… Što znači brinem? Ovisno o dogovoru i Ugovoru naravno. Netko želi imati kontrolu nad računom i sam objavljivati, drugi pak neće ni čuti i sve prepuštaju u ruke nekom drugom, poneki čak ne traže ni autorizaciju. Sve je stvar dogovora i povjerenja 😉

    – izrada dinamičnih objava jednokratno (poput objave u nastavku) / tvrtka već ima osobu/agenciju koja mu brine o društvenim mrežama, no ponekad žele osvježiti svoju stranicu drugačijim objavama. Dogovorimo vizuale i stiže osvježenje 😉 Vizuali se šalju mailom i nitko ne ulazi u profile, nego klijent sam uploada i radi dalje s njima što želi

    – copywriting / da, zvuči fancy 😉 Ponovno ona ista tvrtka gore spomenuta, ima dizajnera za svoju web stranicu i dizajner ih traži tekst. I tu dolazi do zastoja. Nemaju vremena niti inspiracije pisati sadržaj, opise proizvoda i sl. I tako dogovorimo jednokratnu suradnju i finaliziramo taj web site koji najčešće stoji zbog nedostatka sadržaja 😉 I tekst napišem ja nakon istraživanja teme i detaljnog informiranja

    – dobivam dosta upita za konzultacije, tražite me da vam pregledam profile, stranice, savjetujem marketinški smjer što i kako da bolje odrađujete i taj posao odrađujemo ili satu ili po stranicama, također sve po dogovoru. Vidim da je nova praksa dopisivanje (sve je manja usmena komunikacija) i moram priznati da ipak funkcionira dobro, COVID nas je naučio na svašta 😉 Odemo na chat, poruku i pitate me što vas zanima, a ja vam savjetujem što trebate odraditi da bi bili bolji 😉

    Post je poduži, ima još sitnica razno raznih, no ovo je nešto što trenutno najviše tražite.

    Ljudi olako shvaćaju marketing i oglašavanje.

    Slučajno sam naišla na ovu fotku u pauzi od posla, učenja, istraživanja i naravno svih privatnih obaveza…i baš mi je sjela na prvu. Ne odnosi se samo na oglašavanje ako pogledamo iz šireg kuta.

    I navela me na razmišljanje koliko ljudi ustvari olako shvaćaju marketing.

    I ne shvaćaju činjenicu – da bi napisao copy za klijenta (objavu, story) moraš poznavati materiju. Naučiti, istražiti, vidjeti što radi konkurencija. I onda shvatim da u slobodno vrijeme istražujem i učim o programskim rješenjima jer mi je klijent programer, s druge strane istražujem vrste crijepa za krovove, pa malo prehrambene industrije, onda se bacim na proučavanje trendova za događaje u kafićima…

    I putem naučiš puno zanimljivih stvari, sretneš divne nove ljude – pod “sretneš” mislim na online u većini slučajeva danas.

    Jedna sam od onih kojima nije bad poslati poruku nekoj faci u velikoj korporaciji bio on CEO, Board Member ili nešto treće. Ako trebam pomoć ili savjet – tražim ga.

    Što je najgore što mi se može dogoditi? Da mi ne odgovori. Strašno, zar ne 🤣?
    A najbolje? Da se povežem s ljudima koji znaju više od mene 🤗

    Zato kopajte, sadite i njegujte nova poznanstva. Tražite rješenja i ne dozvolite da vas rutina ponese. Kada započnete osjećati da padate – da je motivacija na “low”, uhvatite se za nekog inspirativnog – potražite savjet i sigurno će se otvoriti neka nova kutijica s idejama.

    Ako ste izgubili jednog klijenta, tražite zamjenu – sjetite se samo da je sve stvar statistike. Kontaktirajte svaki dan 5 potencijalnih klijenata i radite to SVAKI dan. To je rudarenje malim brojkama, no kada se zbroje na bazi mjeseca govorimo o 100 novih kontakta. Zaista mislite da od tih 100 barem 5 neće reagirati? Možda ne odmah, ali imat će vas i vaš proizvod na umu ako ste ga dobro predstavili.

    📝I tu nastupa samodisciplina…ali o njoj nekom drugom prilikom jer je blog postao predug pa ću ga tu i završiti 👋🏼

    I ptice na grani pjevaju o TikToku…a vi još niste pokušali?
    Evo mojeg iskustva pa procjenite isplati li se.

    Znala sam da je bitan i da je reach odličan…i cijela teorija stoji…ali u praksi mi se uvijek vrtilo pitanje – što stavljati na TikTok? Kakav sadržaj vezan uz moj posao može biti zanimljiv TikTokerima?

    I tu nastupa Dario Marčac  (Top 10 Balkan TikToker iz Hrvatske kojeg prati više od 500 000 ljudi 😮) koji me motivirao i dao mi super savjete otkud krenuti. Dečko je čudo, a rezultati koje ima su stvarno vrhunski!

    Iako je Dario puno puno mlađi od mene 🙈 i snimanje samog sebe mu je potpuno prirodno, uzeo je u obzir činjenicu da ja nisam spremna biti zvijezda svojih videa i dao mi savjete na koji način drugačije stići do publike – a da ne moram snimati samu sebe.

    Već sam mu zahvalila, ali ponavljam i javno jer, iako je popularan i mediji ga rastežu, nesebično dijeli svoje znanje i iskustvo i to mi je baš super! Motivira i inspirira i svaka mu čast! 

    Da…i rezultati su nevjerojatni.
    Na minimalnih 137 followera na TikToku imam npr. jedan video kojem je doseg 4.474 pogleda.

    Kada bi takav doseg bio na Facebooku, na 1.000 followera bi imala 32.000 pregleda o čemu samo mogu sanjati jer kada ih je 500 sam prezadovoljna. Matematika je jednostavna.

    Sljedeće pitanje koje se postavlja – je li to moja ciljana publika? Možda i nije, ali ionako stvaranje branda nije kratkoročan posao. I ta publika će kroz par godina biti, ako već i nisu (samo ne žele priznati da su na TikToku 😂) glavna ciljana skupina.
    A krenuti graditi tek tada je definitivno prekasno.

    Zaista treba izaći iz svoje kutijice i napraviti neki iskorak iako možda i nije ugodan na prvu. Ja sam svoj napravila i ipak snimila sebe – samo za potrebe TikToka ☺️. I rezultati su ponovno odlični 🥳

    Brand nije logotip. Niti font. Niti vaša knjiga standarda.

    Brand nije ono što vi kažete da je, nego ono što drugi kažu da je – ako razumijete što time mislim 🙂.

    Brand je dobar osjećaj o proizvodu i usluzi…da, opet ista priča. – OSJEĆAJ.

    Kupujete televizor i na tržištu je veliki broj raznih brandova, ponuda, cijena, akcija…sto čuda.
    I vi kupujete baš TAJ.

    Zašto? Zbog povjerenja koje vam ulijeva taj brand. I zbog strategije koju niste niti primjetili, a odrađena je vrhunski.

    Naš mozak je stvoren da primjećuje ono što je drugačije. Potrudite se biti drugačiji od drugih. Na neki svoj način.

    Kod stvaranja branda uvijek je bitno čuvati povjerenje kupaca.
    Kako to često kažu marketingaši: ako vaš brand izgleda kao patka, a pliva kao pas – izgubit ćete povjerenje. A kada ga jednom izgubite, nepovratno je.

    Inspiracija za ovaj post je došla slučajno. Često se brandiranje podcjenjuje i čujem zaključke da je izrada strategije je samo “nepotrebno piskaranje”.

    Nije dovoljno imati samo cilj, potrebno je razraditi korake do tog cilja. A to je proces koji traje i ne može se nikako odraditi za mjesec dana. Kada bi se moglo, svi brandovi bi bili TOP i ne bi postojala konkurencija.
