Kamera, svjetlo, AKCIJA – Instagram Reels!

Jesmo. Slušate li preporuke i proizvodite video sadržaje?

    Prije/Poslije

Pokušajte razmisliti kako možete implementirati „prije/poslije“ kroz svoj brand.

    Proizvod

Nemojte previše prodavati nego predstavljajte svoj proizvod i pronađite zaobilazan put do kupca. Aktivirajte njegovu potrebu i riješite njegov problem s vašim proizvodom.

    5 sekundi

Možda i kraće.

Montaža čini čuda i pretvara i statične sadržaje u dinamične.

  • How to write a post?

    How to write a post?

It is not enough to let the idea go from the head to the screen and click on “publish”. Now it would be most appropriate to advertise on the history of marketing and the AIDA model. But then I risk leaving this text and not reading it to the end. Maybe I’d better take a shortcut.
Which meansAIDAand which way the buyer is – the photo best shows:

    Kako, AIDA model
At the top of the funnel are your potential customers / users. In order to start the stages of the funnel, the most important thing is to attract attention.
    Attracting customer attention

You can attract attention through advertisements, posting on social networks. Attention-grabbing content can be both shocking or provocative. When you manage to gain the customer’s attention, the battle is just beginning. If you have kept the customer’s interest long enough to start collecting information about the product or service, you are going in the right direction and moving it to the next stage – desire.

When we want something, we put on pink glasses

Admit it, it’s the same for all of us. The moment emotion is involved in the buying process, we no longer think with our head. That is, the head serves only to convince us even more that this is exactly what we need, because right now it is in action (as if the action will not be in a month, maybe even better :-)) At this stage the main goal is to reach the stage “call to action” – this is a finale in which you phrases like: “Buy now”, “Last chance”, etc.
in the customer be careful that if he does not click on your ad he will no longer have that special promotion that lasts only today. At this stage, while wearing pink glasses, we no longer see any price or disadvantages. We are just looking for a way to reach the goal – buying exactly that product that stimulated emotion in us.

    And the announcement?

Let’s go back to the blog title. To write a good post, save the photo above and guide yourself through that funnel, to control yourself when writing if it’s going in the right direction. Facebook users are not interested in how beautiful your product is and what you have achieved. It’s nice to brag sometimes but don’t just let the posts stay on it. To take action, you need to solve their problems or situations. When that trigger is triggered, we are at the bottom of the funnel for a moment. And of the many people at the top of the funnel in the photo, only 2 are left at the bottom. But those two are ours.
In them, we initiated attention and interest and desire and action. Therefore, it is not enough to work with one strategy to achieve the goal. It takes a series of simultaneous actions on several different fronts for the results to start coming. And I repeat once again, in some industries they come immediately, and in some it takes time. But if you don’t try, you won’t know.

  • Do you live from admiration or sales?

    POČETNA

Do you live from admiration or sales?

You have mastered the basics, studied various tutorials and decided to go. The posts you post are about you, your company and of course, your products. You photograph them and you are proud of them. And you need to be because it is the result of your hard work and dedication. The strategy is fine for you if you want to stick to the fact that you have boasted of a beautiful product and that everyone admires you.
You post 4 posts on Facebook a day and disappointment follows because nothing is happening. No statistics or views. Well, now Facebook and Instagram are to blame, as well as the statement that it’s all nonsense, selling fog.
Let’s look at the story from a customer perspective. He sees a new page, starts following it, and your posts keep popping up. They may be interesting to him, but after a while you become irritated with boasting and perfection. Guess what’s going on next – your current potential customer is slowly “following” you. Hubspot research has shown that sites with less than 10,000 followers experience a 50% drop in engagement per post if they post more than one post per day. Sometimes you still have to stick to those: less is more.

    prodaje

    Don’t sell

Yes, you read well. At the beginning of the text I ask if you want to sell and then I advise you not to sell. This is not a good strategy in the long run. Inform, take off your shoes and put on your shoes. And you will immediately see everything more clearly. Give the customer what he needs, not what you want to sell. Um, of course, yes, I know this, why it’s something known in advance. The sale comes by itself after that.
But when you build such relationships with customers then it is no longer pure sales, but pure trust. After trust comes loyalty based on the happiness of your customers. Remember all those Konzum, DM, Bipa, etc. loyalty cards. We all have our eyes lit up when our aunt at the checkout asks, “Do you want to reduce your bill by $ 80?” And we spent that 80 kn a long time ago. But at that point we are happy, although we are aware that this is only part of marketing. But we are still happy 🙂

    Bind the customer

Brand building is not just a term for big companies. If you are a ceramicist, for example – you also have to work on building your brand or image. Of course you care what customers think of you. You always start from yourself, which you like. Inform customers, create an image and customers will start coming and bonding with you. But that won’t happen in 2 days, nor in a week. You need to constantly build and work on creating a story. And the story lasts … and spreads. I find it important to mention the term “content marketing”.
Bill Gates was back in 1996, when digital marketing was in its infancy. existence, published an essay entitled “Content is king”. Can you imagine Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other platforms without content? Did you know that the average man in the morning within 5 minutes of waking up picks up the phone and starts bombarding the contents. Think about whether you are part of the average 😉

  • Online is “in”

    HOME

    Online is “in”

Today, everyone wants to be online because it’s “in” or cro. trendy. A few years ago, only serious companies had marketing strategies. And today, everyone wants to be a part of the digital world and talk about marketing.
Imagine a business owner who has so far used only phone and email. Do we really expect him to know what Facebook Ads, SEO, Google Positioning, My Business and many other terms are? And that same owner really wants to be in trend. But there is no time.

    Online

It is too expensive for him to hire a marketing person, and although he knows he has to be present, he gives up because of the costs and decides to patch up social networks – as before.
But that’s why there’s the term “outsourcing” that covers to shift your monthly expenses for a potential new employee to help with digital marketing.
Simply put, most of us would like to bake bread at home every day. But we don’t have time. And that is why we have a bakery which is our so-called outsourcing 😉

Why do you need social media?

Are you an entrepreneur and struggling with the storm of social networks and various online tools? You are interested in digital marketing, but the first thing that goes through your head while looking for your online place is – money! How to do something with a minimal budget. I know everything because I’ve been through it all. Sentences like, “It’s expensive,” “Online marketing can only be done by big companies” discourage you and you don’t even try to get into that story because you feel you don’t have the budget for it. When terms like targeting, copywriting, SEO, etc. start. dizziness from the strangers. And what now? You don’t have time, staff too, and not even tens of thousands of kunas to pay for various social media campaigns.

web design, facebook, facebook page-1953128.jpg social networks digital marketing

I will briefly explain what and how you should at the outset. The topic is very broad and to start with an explanation, we would be stuck in the first paragraph. So I will write in understandable language and try to summarize as much as possible 🙂

    Free social networking opportunities

The first and most important thing is setting goals. You need to know what you want from your company and why you want to be online . It sounds boring and cold, but you really have to have a vision and a goal in mind – where you are going and what you need to do to get there. If you haven’t already, and you are in the local business, open a Google My Business account today ( www. Google .com / business ) and set all the required parameters. The price of opening a profile is 0 kn and it can help you a lot to be found by customers even if you don’t have your own website.

Do you have e-mail addresses of your users and customers and do not send them a newsletter? What is the reason? You won’t make it..I know. It is complicated for you to visually design and graphically customize the newsletter, you do not have time for individual copy / paste e-mail addresses. Ok, for this purpose I suggest you another free program, and that is MailChimp . If you already have a database and have products or novelties you want to introduce people to, send them information. Best of all, through this system you can track how many people clicked, or what interested them in the content. By analyzing, you will learn over time what your users like to read the most. Well, sometimes you click on the offers that come to your inbox, right?

    Paid advertising

Under this term in this text I will put: Y outube advertising, Facebook and Instagram ads, Google AdWords, Gmail advertising, native ads (in short – covert / natural advertising), banners, LinkedIn advertising … in this sentence I only scratched the surface paid digital advertising.

A big advantage of paid advertising is budget control . This means that if you have e.g. 500 kn, the campaign can be set up to bring results (of course, not for a month ;-)). You need to target your target audience well in order for your ad to reach exactly those for whom it is intended. What does that mean? That the Playstation 5 ad will not target people 60 and older, but will focus on parents who will potentially actually buy the Playstation 5 for their children. There are always exceptions, and a 60-year-old grandfather may want to buy a PS5 for his grandson, but it’s up to you to target the ones that will have the best effect.

    Price of internet advertising

In this case, price is really a relative term because it depends on a large number of parameters. But as an example – I recently completed a Youtube campaign with an ad group. One of the ads was achieved in 4 days for the amount of 302 kn, 14,482 views and 3,984 views. For 302 kn ! Imagine renting apartments. If you invest e.g. 1000 kn per month (and so far you have not invested anything), and because of the ads you fill an additional 20 days of the apartment at 750 kn, you get an additional 15 000 kn. Let’s go back to the beginning – you invested HRK 1,000. It’s all in the math.

    abacus, classroom, count-1866497.jpg

The great thing about online marketing is the ability to change strategy. I always advocate a claim in an online campaign – if it doesn’t work, change your strategy, adjust, research. There must be a way to get results. But the question is just do you want that?

Remember – in order for a customer to reach you, he must know that you exist.

  • His Majesty – Organic Reach

    home

    His Majesty – Organic Reach

Organic reach… so hard to reach. If you have only scratched a little on social networks, the term “organic reach” has certainly jumped on you. I will try to explain as simply as possible by example what this means. Eg post on social media and what you see in the results and analytics: clicks, likes, number of views – that’s exactly the organic reach.

When you promote this post or create a paid campaign, what you get in the results is paid reach.

Organic reach 5 years ago and today

Five years ago, Facebook’s organic reach flourished. Small businesses didn’t need to spend money on advertising at all, they just needed to take advantage of the situation and follow trends. Whoever posted something, the likes flourished, the users shared. And today…

Today, it is much harder to get organic reach, but it is not impossible. Everyone is fighting for him because he is completely free. But Facebook jumped on the bandwagon and decided to change the algorithms. They recognize and classify your post and change it literally on a daily basis. If you don’t follow what’s up to date, you won’t be appearing on the News Feed. Because there is no magic formula, no one knows how algorithms work at all. It would be great if we could get a script and make a post based on it. But it doesn’t go that way, unfortunately. It takes continuous learning, studying, schooling :-).

How to break through to the News Feed

The News Feed is the homepage you open when you start Facebook.

Of course, you’ve felt a drastic drop in organic reach as users post millions of new content on a daily basis. And it often happens that a page with 20,000 followers has a few dozen likes. And you wonder why that is, when she used to have a few thousand likes. In short – there has been a change in Facebook’s way of filtering content.

If Facebook were to show on our News Feed all of the people and pages we follow, our News feeds would be cluttered with content that is not relevant to us. That’s why Facebook has some sort of filtering standard that it will show us in summaries, depending on our behavior on social media.

    Organic trade

    What destroys organic reach?

If you post too much promotional content, Facebook will recognize it and limit the appearance of your posts. Here we return to the advice: do not sell – inform.

Facebook also monitors the negative reactions of your posts (check them out through: Page Analytics / Review). This means that if a follower hides your post, marks it as spam or compresses unlike pages, it automatically discredits you through an algorithm.

Sharing too much other people’s content or “reposting” too often also affects the algorithm. All social networks love original content and the more you publish it the better your organic reach.

Either you publish too much or too little. It is good to have continuity. The most harmful for the algorithm is when, for example, you do not publish for a week and publish 4 pieces in one day. You are definitely limiting your reach to yourself.

Buying fake followers definitely destroys your organic reach in the long run because your audience is not engaged.

Watch out for posts related to sensitive topics like COVID-19, because even though you have good intentions, Facebook may limit your reach.

    What to do next?

Explore your audience and get closer to it as you create content. Create one that is interesting to the audience, not you.

Find a way to make your content different from the competition.

Upload more videos and photos and fewer links, post at the right time (through Site Analytics you can also see when your followers are online – watch out because the data is for PST (Pacific time zone) which means we are 9 hours ahead, so you have to manually count 🙂 )

Create targeted paid campaigns that will increase your visibility, because unfortunately we are no longer in the privileged years when Facebook was just an entertainment application, today Facebook is a serious tool for business development and it should be approached that way.

    Content marketing

Content marketing is a special part of marketing that has received a lot of attention in recent years. This is a very important area that helps your product to position itself in the market. The figures that support this are that 70% of large companies invest significant funds in this segment, and 78% of them have formed departments that deal exclusively with content.

    Why do I need content?

Content marketing turns random audiences into customers. It is important to be constantly present with the content and constantly work on interesting posts. Customers are not only attracted by promotions and paid ads, but also by interesting content. With the content that interests them.

One life example – imagine a man who is a beginner in skiing . Searches Google, searches for information which skis are best for beginners. He comes across a text about ski brands with recommendations and reviews. Of course, as it is usually online, ads with links to the webshop immediately pop up. A casual passer-by suddenly stops at an “online storefront” and becomes our potential customer. The content will decide whether to stay potential or become the right one.

content is king, online marketing, google-1132257.jpg content marketing

The customer is looking for us, not us

Unlike traditional marketing, through content marketing the customer searches for the product himself. And he will find us if we have enough content important to him.

It is important to note that in the case of content marketing, quality is important, not quantity. Working on content marketing does not achieve instant results, but it is a long-term investment in the image of the company or brand.

  • How to switch a business online?

    Home

How to switch a business online?

Have you embarked on new business challenges and decided to position yourself online?

The steps to get to your goal the fastest are described below and almost all of them are completely free if you do them yourself (except creating a website), but they require you to set aside your time.

    Facebook

Facebook is still considered the most popular social network, so it is best to start from it.

For each company, business or other type of business account, be sure to create a page. The fact is that it is easier to build a network through a private profile, but companies that have profiles rather than sites look unprofessional. An important point when creating a page is that you need to have a private profile to build a business page through it. You decide whether you want to create a new profile, then build a page or over your existing already active profile.

Link to create a page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/create/ . It is important that you choose the right industry in which you work and that you fill in the data to the maximum, put photos and make a real small shop window of your company.

And what now? You don’t have a single companion, I know. But start building a network slowly. You can pay to promote the site, but there are also free ways – e.g. to invite your FB friends to start following your page. If FB only allows you the option to click one by one, feel free to send me an email or message to help you tag everything at once 😊.

    LinkedIn

It may not be for all industries, but I almost always recommend it because it provides many opportunities to connect with a large number of business users. If you sell bread and have a bakery, LinkedIn is hardly overly interesting to you except locally. If your potential customers are companies or small businesses, be sure to use this social network to connect with valuable business contacts.

    Instagram

Sometimes underestimated in our society with the argument that there are only young people there, ask yourself if these young people are your target group. And what does “young” mean? People in their 30s? All these young people are active and real customers.

If you are the owner of a company that has products exclusively for retirees, I think you are also interested in Instagram because these same retirees have their children asking for advice on shopping or their children are shopping. What  means that if they know your brand, they will buy it (because they know nothing about the product anyway, they just know they saw a logo or product somewhere and will process it as relevant in the selection).

Keep in mind that Instagram is great for sharing visual content that needs to be created with quality. The more short videos or animations and your profile will become more important over time.

    Youtube

If creating a video is part of your digital strategy, don’t forget to create your own Youtube business channel. You can upload educational video content, create a video blog or promote the video on other social networks.

    Web page

It is certainly desirable, but sometimes financially unavailable in some situations of beginnings. Judging by my own example – when I founded it, I wanted a website, but the offers didn’t suit me, so I rolled up my sleeves and made it myself 😊. There are various variants, but all take either time or money. And sometimes both 😉.

    Google My Business

A great free tool option that allows your local business to show up in searches in e.g. Google Maps or Google Search. Google My Business helps users find you. In addition, reviews that users actually read and check the company’s reputation are a great option.

Here’s what it looks like in the live version:

    Nomia digital screenshot
    Google My Business Nomia digital

    Measure and analyze data

It’s not enough to just make pages and gather followers. It is important that you publish valuable and usable content and keep track of what happens next. The unpopular term “statistics” comes into force here. Analyze, change the strategy as needed and let the statistics be your support, because based on statistical data you see what you did well, or what you have a reaction to, and which did not lead to results.

    Create a content calendar

Sounds boring, yes. But it is very important. Because that way you have control over the content you publish and you will have fewer and fewer, if nothing, “ad hoc” publications that can sometimes be of questionable quality.

Rather sit back and invest a few hours, create posts, make a plan, write texts and take care of publishing. You can also use various automation tools (eg Later, Hubspot, etc.). But there is always a “but”. From my own experience, the tool is very user friendly, but at the time when I needed to post more posts and started analyzing, I realized that Facebook treats posts from Latera differently than directly from the platform, ie it gives more importance to its own, which is logical.

But there is a trick here too. Use Facebook Business Suite or Facebook Creator Studio – they are great tools with great statistics. So whoever likes, let them love 😉 I..don’t forget to connect Instagram and Facebook accounts for easier and faster publishing.

I’m sure this is too much information for you to start your company’s digital business.

Well, for details, questions or just advice, feel free to write to info@nomiadigital.hr.

    Branding

The brand is not a logo. Not even a font. Not even your standard book.

The brand is not what you say it is, but what others say it is – if you understand what I mean by that 🙂.

The brand has a good feel for the product and service … yes, the same story again. – FEELING.

You buy a TV and there are a large number of different brands on the market, offers, prices, promotions … a hundred wonders.
    And you buy exactly THAT.

Why? Because of the trust that that brand instills in you. And because of a strategy you didn’t even notice, and it worked out superbly.

Our brain was created to perceive what is different. Try to be different from others. In his own way.

When creating a brand, it is always important to maintain the trust of customers.
As marketers often say: if your brand looks like a duck and swims like a dog – you will lose confidence. And once you lose it, it’s irreversible.

The inspiration for this post came by chance. Often branding is underestimated and I hear conclusions that making a strategy is just “unnecessary whistling”.

It is not enough to have just a goal, it is necessary to work out the steps to that goal. And this is a process that takes time and cannot be done in a month. If it could, all brands would be TOP and there would be no competition.

Think about your brand. Answer the question where are you now and where are you going next 😎?

If you know the answer, you’re already halfway there.
